The position is for a senior level business systems analyst for our IT department. The areas of responsibility include management of our general ledger/accounting system as well as our internal SharePoint intranet. The business systems analyst will be the technical expert on business applications, including interfaces, data flows, system configuration, custom reporting and security control. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance of in-place systems; coordinate with internal customers and project teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications and ultimately application solutions through configuration or modification of the in-place systems. You will also maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, network, etc.) to support effective implementations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology. A Bachelor's or graduate degree in MIS or Information Technology is required, or alternatively a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, with an emphasis in Information Technology or Computer Science. Other requirements include an understanding of relational database concepts and SQL, experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, and experience in Yardi Systems or other general ledger systems including knowledge of chart of accounts, cash flows, and moderate accounting familiarity. Candidates must also possess a team-oriented, winning attitude.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting customers as they report incidents with their Bomgar remote support solutions. This responsibility includes responding to, resolving or escalating and documenting customer’s incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner while actively participating in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Complete the Sales Process by providing software, status updates and support to customers through their appliance installation and configuration stages
• Process all reported customer incidents in a timely fashion according to Service Level Agreements
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional, efficient, pleasant and helpful manner
• Document and resolve customer support incidents using intelligent, qualified troubleshooting techniques, teamwork and a variety of internal resources
• Work with Level 2 Support engineers to resolve or escalate more complex issues
• Liaise with hardware vendors on warranty repairs
• Actively participate with other Technical Support engineers in a team-oriented culture and assist other internal groups
• Continue to develop personally and professionally with internal and extra-curricular training

Experience/Education:

• College degree in Information Technology and professional experience in technical support
• Experience and knowledge in OS and IT network administration/support
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical abilities
• Customer focused attitude and motivated to help

Position Summary: Plans and implements QA procedures for daily, milestone, and release testing for screensharing and remote control technologies.

Experience/Education:

• B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with automated testing, developing standards, reporting research results, software debugging and software testing, and Software Quality Assurance Process.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.

• Skillfully and consistently apply qualified troubleshooting techniques to resolve and/or reproduce reported incidents in multiple OS and network environments. 
• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development groups when further investigation and detailed technical information is required while maintaining professional customer support standards.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional, efficient, pleasant and helpful manner.
• Document all support incidents and customer interaction accurately and thoroughly.
• Liaise with hardware vendors on warranty repairs and complete in-house RMA processing.
• Actively participate with other Technical Support representatives in a team-oriented culture by fielding Bomgar product and area-of-expertise questions, completing Tier 1 duties as required and assisting other internal groups.
• Continue to develop personally and professionally with internal and extra-curricular training.

Experience / Education:

• BA degree or equivalent work experience in OS and network related incident resolution.
• Proven record of strong troubleshooting skills and technical abilities.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols especially as they related to web-server request handling and firewall configuration.
• Detailed knowledge of various Windows workstation and server operating systems including user management, security policy configuration and system service operations.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Mac OS environments

POSITION SUMMARY: The senior programmer position will be responsible for the following:

• Primarily responsible for the CRM and Customer Loyalty applications
• Working with business groups on requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and on going support of various software applications
• Interfacing with third party software vendors
• Reacting quickly to production issues, ad-hoc user requests and general end user support
