    We are seeking an experienced MIS professional who is committed to excellence in Information Technology, internal customer service and in all aspects of their work. The position is for a senior level business systems analyst for our IT department. The areas of responsibility include management of our general ledger/accounting system as well as our internal SharePoint intranet. The business systems analyst will be the technical expert on business applications, including interfaces, data flows, system configuration, custom reporting and security control. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance of in-place systems; coordinate with internal customers and project teams to translate business needs into detailed specifications and ultimately application solutions through configuration or modification of the in-place systems. You will also maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, network, etc.) to support effective implementations.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology. A Bachelor's or graduate degree in MIS or Information Technology is required, or alternatively a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, with an emphasis in Information Technology or Computer Science. Other requirements include an understanding of relational database concepts and SQL, experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, and experience in Yardi Systems or other general ledger systems including knowledge of chart of accounts, cash flows, and moderate accounting familiarity. Candidates must also possess a team-oriented, winning attitude.

    Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting customers as they report incidents with their Bomgar remote support solutions. This responsibility includes responding to, resolving or escalating and documenting customer’s incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner while actively participating in a team environment.

    Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

    • Complete the Sales Process by providing software, status updates and support to customers through their appliance installation and configuration stages
    • Process all reported customer incidents in a timely fashion according to Service Level Agreements
    • Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional, efficient, pleasant and helpful manner
    • Document and resolve customer support incidents using intelligent, qualified troubleshooting techniques, teamwork and a variety of internal resources

    • Continue to develop personally and professionally with internal and extra-curricular training.

    Experience / Education:

    • BA degree or equivalent work experience in OS and network related incident resolution.
    • Proven record of strong troubleshooting skills and technical abilities.
    • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols especially as they related to web-server request handling and firewall configuration.
    • Detailed knowledge of various Windows workstation and server operating systems including user management, security policy configuration and system service operations.
    • Working knowledge of Linux and Mac OS environments

    Major Responsibilities

    • Design, maintain & operate the information systems, production & telecommunications within the facility.
