CIT.ms is planning to offer three new services specifically designed to help our members find attract and retain more qualified information technology workers and ultimately increase the number of workers who will choose technology careers.

Look for these new services coming soon.

·         Implement an Internship Clearinghouse:  CIT will meet with Mississippi colleges, universities, junior colleges and trade schools to identify internship candidates and promote internships with our member companies. 

·         Develop a Mississippi IT Jobs Website: Member companies can post jobs on the CIT.ms IT website.  The site will be supported by public relations efforts and paid advertising to attract IT job seekers.

·         Promote IT career awareness.  A public relations program will promote the myriad of information technology jobs available to Mississippians. This will include media outreach, high school and college job fairs and could possibly include scholarships if fundraising allows.
